How to Use These Lists
These lists give the daily rankings of ETFs and Stocks that I track compiled into top 25 Long and short lists. When the market is strong one way or the other, there may not be enough candidates to fill out a list.
If the background color of a symbol is green, that means the long term momentum indicator is favorable for longs; if it is red, its favorable for shorts, otherwise the momentum is neutral.
You will work the lists based upon the overall market sentiment discussed on the blog home page. Best candidates will be those whose long term momentum indicator is in the direction of the market sentiment and are relatively new to the list based on the Days in List indicator.
The longer an item is on a list, the better the chances that its momentum is going to reverse. That is because my philosophy is to capture the short term momentum moves.
